WIN, Women’s Interest Network, of UIC was founded on empowering women through service, professional development, and networking. Together, we are dedicated to sanctioning women MBAs in order to propel more women into leadership positions in corporate America and to enhance the diversity of the nation's workforce.
We are also a member of NAWMBA, National Association of Women MBAs Conference, an organization focused on encouragement and support for women. This year’s conference is themed “leadership: today and tomorrow.”
We focus our efforts by:
Education
WIN works with Career Services to educate students on the career opportunities available and the skills that are necessary to succeed.
Professional Development
