This meeting/presentation is intended to provide UIC alumni, friends
and colleagues with the opportunity to meet Bill Jacobs, Owner and
Founder of Piece Pizzeria and Brewery. Piece is a World Beer Cup Winner
in 2006 and has become a Chicago landmark. Our objective is to share
information on building a successful business in Chicago and learn
about how Bill and his team have succeeded.
